Line Cook

We are seeking a line cook who will focus on producing our made-to-order breakfast and lunch menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups as well as some prepared foods for our grab-and-go case.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Setting up station to prepare for made-to-order service

- Executing prep lists and all prep associated with station

- Executing service on station

- Processing seasonal produce

- Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries

- Ensuring that all areas are clean and health department compliant


REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow directions and receive feedback

- Communicative, hardworking, organized

- Desire to work as part of a team

- Kind and respectful of teammates  

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of mistakes - we are happy to train folks who are motivated to learn!


SCHEDULE:

- Full time hours. Flexible schedule is required

- Ability to work mornings and weekends is a must
