Barista/Register

We are seeking a barista who will prepare our espresso, coffee and tea menu and interact directly with customers at the counter. This is a great position for someone who has an eye for detail and cares deeply about high quality coffee and teas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute all items from our drink menu quickly and accurately

- Interact with customers and provide high quality service

- Work the POS system and take orders

- Communicate and answer questions about the menu

- Communicate with BOH staff

- Maintain a clean work environment

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow directions and receive feedback

- Communicative, hardworking, organized

- Desire to work as part of a team

- Kind and respectful of teammates  

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of mistakes - we are happy to train folks who are motivated to learn!

SCHEDULE:

- Full time hours. Flexible schedule is required

- Ability to work mornings and weekends is a must.
